As an Outside Sales Representative in Houston, TX you will be responsible for new customer acquisition, existing customer growth, becoming a product knowledge expert in our five divisions : Screen Printing, Embroidery, Promotional Products, Signs & Banners, and Trophies & Awards, and supporting our motto of Building Better Relationships .
From our humble beginnings as a small-town screen printer in 1982 to our rapid expansion and recent addition of a 210,000 square feet production facility in Bryan, TX, C.

To be successful on our team, you must :
Generate, prospect, develop and land new customers
Perform in-depth Needs Assessments with all leads and accounts
Engage with customers across a broad range of industries and sizes
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan
Build life-long relationships with customers, the industry, and other teammates
Fully utilize and adopt Salesforce as an everyday part of your business
Be able to work in an extremely fast-paced, process-oriented environment with tight deadlines
Be able to problem solve and think critically under pressure
Be an active member in your community, volunteering in various organizations and activities, and representing the company at events outside of normal business hours
Act as a brand ambassador of the company
To be considered you should have :
A bachelor’s degree in business, or a combination of education and experience along with transferrable skills related to interpersonal relationships
2 years of previous outside sales experience in which you sought new business (cold called) and were responsible for growing an existing customer base
Previous experience with a CRM platform (Salesforce preferred)
Residency within, and familiarity with, the Houston area
High proficiency with common Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Power Point
