A Pack Processor completes all finishing tasks for orders requiring additional services after decoration by using attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure a smooth and consistent operation. Employees at C.C. Creations must be highly motivated, provide exceptional customer service, and act as an essential component of the positive and respectful work environment.
What will you do as a Finishing Department Team Member?
- Read and understand order instructions
- Effectively work with 15-20 department employees
- Tag products according to order instructions
- Attach labels according to order instructions
- Fold or bag products manually or with a folding machine
- Pack boxes according to order instructions
- Assist Embroidery and Print Production to prepare orders
- Organize printing jobs by schedule date
- Prepare a clean layout table
- Inspect orders to ensure the quantity is correct
- Label each order with the job number and schedule date
- Communicate any order miscounts
- Maintain Large Order log
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Motivation to be a team player with a service-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven work environment
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds multiple times per day
- Maintain a clean work area
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to read and understand work orders printed in English
- Obtain necessary tools before shift starts, and return tools when shift ends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven work environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical ability to maneuver a pallet jack, dolly, rolling cart, or push bucket
- Persistence to follow through on commitments in a timely manner
