Essential Job Functions
- Ensure that each guest receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every guest, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of guest service.
- Conduct guest returns, exchanges, check authorization, and employee sales; assures the completion of all POS transactions and the proper control of all cash and media at the POS registers according to company policies and procedures.
- Assist in providing guest service, housekeeping, display and signage maintenance and replenishing merchandise as needed.
- Customer Focus - Ability to meet or exceed customer service needs and expectations and provide outstanding service in a direct or indirect manner.
- Collaboration - Work as a Team Player
- Problem Solving/Analysis - Able to perform in a fast paced environment with efficiency and accuracy.
- Ethics - has personal and professional ethics and fosters a diverse and respectful workplace.
- Operational Excellence - Possess a high level of attention to detail. Do the right thing, the right way, every time.
- Required to work some nights, weekends, holidays, and all home football games (or big events related to A&M).
- Able to work in a non-climate controlled facility
- Active position: standing, walking, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and crawling on concrete floors
- Frequently lift and/or move items over 20 pounds
