GENERAL DESCRIPTION
As Quality Assurance Director you will:
- Manage quality systems for distributors
- Drive continuous improvement and strategic planning initiatives
- Analyze quality data and other key metrics to improve performance
- Develop lean and efficient quality systems, collaborating with a variety of internal stakeholders
- Administer quality documentation
- Implement and strengthen internal audit programs
- Conduct quality audits
- Develop processes to achieve AS9100/ISO9001 certification and provide expertise in navigating the structure of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Identify, evaluate, troubleshoot quality issues as they arise
- Initiate corrective action(s) as necessary
- Maintain and update quality logs and quality data
- Oversee and supervise quality control processes and personnel
- Contribute to training, onboarding and professional development initiatives
- Liaise with external assessment and accreditation institutions
- Run routine and special reports
- Conduct routine and special analysis
- Handle special projects
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Manufacturing: 7 years (Required)
