C & J Equipment Manufacturing inBloomfield, NM is seeking a Supervisor for our Paint/Sandblast Shop. This position is responsible for supervision and monitoring of all aspects of daily industrial paint shop activity and quality control.

Qualifications:

- Knowledge of industrial paint and coatings REQUIRED

- Prior paint, sandblasting, and fork lift experience REQUIRED

- Prior supervisory experience REQUIRED

- Ability to read and interpret drawings and blueprints

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to schedule and organize work for yourself and a team

- Eye for strict quality and safety standards
