Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for assisting customers. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.
Duties:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide information about products and services
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner

Experience:
