Business Development Specialist's interact with the company’s customers by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Interacts with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information on products or services.
Work with customers as well as internal management team to ensure that quality processes are aligned with production standards.
Management of part development schedule and process.
Management of part drawing and 3D data.
Management for tool development and try-out.
Field customer questions and complaints; and direct inquiries to the appropriate internal business unit function.
Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.
Maintains records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent English & grammar communication skills.
Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
Good MS Office tool skills.
Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
Education and Experience:
Engineering Bachelor's degree graduate.
At least 1 year of job-related experience is required.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times.
