Responsibilities :

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and / or ability required.

• Greets customer side of car / front door by name
• Review damages with the customer and distinguish between related and unrelated damages
• Explain the repair process to the customer and check for understanding
• Completes check in inspection procedure by marking vehicle for related and unrelated damages and taking / uploading photos
• Communicates customer concerns and damages with the estimator, office, and shop manager
• Assists with daily CSR responsibilities : answering phones, assisting customer walk-ins, entering payments, etc.
• Scheduling repair appointments

Qualifications :

• You must have experience working in a team environment to be considered for this role.
• Previous experience in providing exceptional customer service is a requirement.
• Proficiency in multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining organization is essential for this position.
• Strong communication skills are a mandatory requirement for this role.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial for success in this position.
• Prior knowledge of payment processing and reconciliation is a preferred qualification.
• Experience in a body shop environment would be a valuable asset for this role.

C&L Autobody is a regional Multiple-Shop Organization (MSO) with 10 body shops throughout Morris, Sussex, Warren, Union, and Middlesex counties in Northern NJ.
