Job Overview

Merchandise (stock) store shelving and coolers at retail locations with C & L Distributing non-alcoholic beverage brands. A detailed job description is available upon request.

Requirements

• Must live within 15 minutes of Virginia, Minnesota.
• Lift up to 30 lbs. repeatedly as well as stoop, squat, walk and stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to use 2-wheel carts.
• Valid Class D driver's license, reliable transportation, proof of auto insurance (with limits of liability coverage levels within company standards) and a good driving record that meets company standards.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
• Must pass pre-employment strength test, background check and drug screening (will not test for CBD/cannabis).
• Ability to manage time and schedule to ensure that work is done at each customer location.
• Ability to use mobile app to log time and miles between customer locations.

• Ability to be courteous and respectful when interacting with employees and guests in retail stores.
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance.
• Ability to work independently in a productive manner.
• Ability to follow policies and procedures.
