Duties
- Supervise subcontractors on site
- Lead crews to complete tasks as scheduled
- Monitor work to completion
- Approve change orders in field
- Effective communicator
- Schedule labor as needed
- Control of material usage
- Monitors material deliveries and usage
- Maintains a clean and safe job site
- Attends project & safety meetings
- Able to create RFIs
- Basic computer skills

- Minimum 5-10 years’ experience of prior of framing construction experience
- OSHA 10 Hour Certification
- Heaving Machinery Operator Certification a plus
- Familiar with ProCore

Since that time, the company has grown to include 30 employees and has annual sales that surpass $10 - 12 million, with a bonding capability of over $5 million. Much of this growth is due to a willingness to diversify and assume the risks associated with challenging projects.
Certified by the State of Maryland and City of Baltimore as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), in 1993 C.L. McCoy received the designation of Developer within its MBE certification. This has allowed the company to expand its role as joint venture partner or limited partner in many successful endeavors, including:
Orchard Ridge ($4.1 million)
Chapel Green ($12 million)
Reservoir Hill Apartments ($10.9 million)
