- Correspond with candidates, search firms, law students and career services professionals
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews and maintain applicant files
- Coordinate and administer fall on-campus interview program
- Coordinate and administer the summer associate program (orientation, work assignments, evaluations, and event planning)
- Possess strong interpersonal, organizational, and oral and written communication skills
- Work independently and effectively as part of a team
- Must be available to work overtime and attend evening events as necessary
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 plus years professional experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Working knowledge of viDesktop preferred
- Must be highly motivated with excellent judgment
- Possess strong interpersonal, organizational, and oral and written communication skills
