Oversite

We are a General Contracting company seeking graduate engineer to join our team as a Construction Estimator/Project Manager. Candidate must be experienced in estimating construction. Capable of handling cost and quality of construction projects for commercial and industrial buildings, business and schools. You will need to plan and coordinate all aspect of construction process. Candidate will manage contractors, engineers, architects and vendors. Must have the knowledge to oversee an entire construction project.

Duties

• Determine Schedule
• Maintain deadlines
• Negotiate contractors
• Securing building permits and licenses
• Oversee delivery of material and equipment to construction site
• Address issues and concerns
• Monitor construction process
• Confer with supervisor and other managers
• Monitor workers productivity and compliance with building and safety codes
• Must resolve problems that arise due to inclement weather, emergencies, injuries, etc.

Education

• Bachelors in Construction Management or Engineering

Requirements

• MUST have reliable transportation
• Candidate must have full experience in the Construction industry. Experience in estimating and managing projects.
