Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Set up the kitchen with necessary tools and equipment
- Serve meals by reviewing recipes; assembling, combining and cooking ingredients; and maintaining a sanitary kitchen
- Execute cold food production in accordance with standards of plating guide specifications
- Attends to the detail and presentation of each order
- Places and expedites orders
- Follow all food safety regulations
- Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures
- Performs other duties as assigned by the head chef or management
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- ServeSafe or Food Handlers Certification or ability to acquire within 60 days
- Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and recipes
- Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds
