FOUR DAY WORK WEEK - Monday-Thursday 8-10 hour days
The primary task of the Medical Receptionist is to interact with patients in a professional and friendly manner that makes each person feel welcomed and valued. Two receptionists work in a team effort to handle patient check-in and checkout, answering the phone, scheduling appointments and receiving payments. Other tasks may include updating patient electronic records by scanning in faxes, initiating patient referrals and being of general assistance for staff and patients, day end cash accounting. This job needs a cheerful, outgoing and reliable person.
