Pay: $29-$33 DOE Overtime available, $2 Shift Differential from 3 pm-7 am
Sign on-bonus: **$10,000**
Shifts available: 12 hour shifts, Rotating schedule with every other weekend off. Average a total of 15 working days a month.
- DAY: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- NIGHT: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our long-term care team. The RN will play a critical role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their health, safety, and well-being. This position requires strong clinical skills, effective communication, and a commitment to fostering a supportive and nurturing environment for both residents and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Routine functions of the assigned area as a Charge Nurse under direction of nursing supervisors.
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring adherence to all regulatory and facility guidelines
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care, including medical records, treatment plans, and progress notes
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures
- Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies, providing appropriate interventions and coordinating with emergency medical services as needed
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Associate (Required)
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Alabama
- Previous experience in long-term care or geriatrics preferred but not required - we will train!
- Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
