The primary objective of a Data Entry Clerk is providing daily data entry with multiple additional tasks while using professional customer service skills. This position is within the Billing Department, and interacting with internal and external customers (Clients and Co-Workers). Experience working in medical billing and familiarity with medical terminology and/or transportation field is a plus but not required.
Job Functions:

• Perform clerical functions, data entry, and filing
• Learn all aspects of billing for all Company Divisions
• Learn computer software and billing programs
• Answering incoming calls; assisting all callers
• Communicating with drivers
• Perform other duties as needed

Requirements:

• Must be computer literate
• Must be proficient with speed and accuracy on the keyboard
• Must display excellent communication and customer service skills and professionalism
• Must be reliable, dependable and possess excellent work ethic
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
• Must be able to multi-task
• Must be organized, neat and self motivated
• Must be willing to learn and perform other tasks as needed

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to sit at a desk and work on a computer for an extended period of time.
