C & S Development Services, LLC is Hiring a Construction Project Manager Near Weatherford, TX

C&S is a commercial general contracting company that is licensed to build in multiple states. 90% of our work is recieved from the restaurant industry. Projects include both ground up as well as remodel work, with the largest percentage being new ground up. C&S prides itself on strong customer relations and a very strong commitment to turning jobs in a timely manner.

**Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring that projects are completed within time and budget constraints. Experience in the commercial restaurant industry is a plus.

**Responsibilities:**

- Plan and manage construction projects, including coordinating with architects, subcontractors, and suppliers

- Develop project timelines, schedules, and milestones

- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards

- Review and interpret construction plans and blueprints

- Manage project budgets, expenses, and change orders

- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders

- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in project management within the construction industry

- Proficiency in construction management software

- Familiarity with project scheduling tools

- Strong time management and organizational skills

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
