We are accepting resumes for summer internships to work with: Operations, Estimating, Construction Management, Information Technology, Human Resources, or Accounting. You will work out of our corporate headquarters located in Maple Grove. We are seeking two (2) Operations Interns and one (1) Office Intern for the summer of 2024.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Junior or Senior within a 4-year degree program.
• Interest and knowledge of the heavy highway construction industry.
• Desire to gain hands-on experience in the office and/or field by shadowing with knowledgeable professionals.
• Excellent verbal/written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time and handle multiple tasks at once.
• Demonstrated ability to use software programs including MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Flexible schedule for students.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on occasion.
• Knowledge of and compliance with all Company safety requirements, policies, and any required safety training.
