C & S Sweeping Services, Inc. is currently seeking Heavy Equipment Operators.

Equipment: Asphalt & Concrete milling machine, trimmer and Gannon tractor.

The ideal candidate will be dependable, customer oriented, adaptable/flexible and detail oriented

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Class D driver’s license

Acceptable driving record for the last 39 months

Asphalt milling machines, asphalt trimmer & Gannon tractor experience - Preferred

Experience operating heavy equipment

Experience properly maintaining and minor equipment repair

Proven safe work practices and operations

Out-of-town short-term assignments

High School Diploma or GED equivalent

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

• Exposure to outside weather, including frequent hot and cold conditions, as well as exposure to fumes, vibrations, and airborne particles
• Noise level is usually moderate
• Requires the employee to sit, climb, bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Work environment involves some exposure to physical risks such as moving mechanical parts, so employee will be required to follow Company mandated safety requirements.
