As the Associate Account Manager, you will serve as a support to the broader Sales Team, assisting in the deployment of corporate-wide resources to provide comprehensive service and solutions to the account portfolio. Job Description
- Full Time
- Location: Remote - Central & Northern California Travel may be require
- Assist Account managers in relationship upkeep for accounts as assigned by leadership. Establishes and builds strong client relationships.
- Identifies target opportunities within the framework of the organization-wide strategy and proposes solutions to leadership. Adheres to training content and transfer knowledge from newly developed and enhanced processes to fellow team members.
- Participates in special projects and programs as needed, including information technology projects including scope, spec, and integration testing for Customers and internal enhancements.
- Works closely with the Company's Customer Service Representatives to troubleshoot and resolve issues within assigned accounts.

- 2-5 years experience in Retail or Wholesale preferred
