A company that has grown rapidly and has 100 employees is looking for a Personal Assistant to the CEO. The role is hybrid-3 days in person, 2 days remote. The in-person days the PA will work from a home office in Owings. The recent assistant was there for 5 years.
About the Job:
Schedule appointments, meetings and lunches - both business and personal
Managing and drafting correspondence
Coordinate travel (business and personal)
Research hotels for trips
Keep an ever-changing, busy calendar (business and personal)
Event planning
Personal shopping and errands
Ensure a smoothly operating household/supervise Housekeeper
Oversee the work of vendors, home projects, and housekeeping
Oversee the furnishing and renovations of a new house
Research and hire vendors for home renovation projects when needed
Occasionally travel to the 2nd home in Fort Lauderdale, Florida
Screen incoming phone calls delivering detailed, timely messages to the appropriate parties
Make dinner reservations
Schedule Household Staff
Coordination with staff at other properties for visits
Some off-hour availability required

About You:
Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Personal or Executive PersonalAssistant
BA/BS from a college or university a plus
Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Excel)
Valid driver’s license and clean background check
High level of discretion and understanding of confidentiality
Great time management
Polished, professional demeanor
Proactive go-getter; no task is too big or too small
Outstanding communication skills
