HVAC TechnicianJob Description Summary
The HVAC Technician is a position within the line of operations of C&W Services. The incumbent is responsible for performing the day-to-day maintenance of all mechanical systems and equipment including but not limited to: oil and gas fire heating equipment, chillers, cooling towers, fans, pumps, heat exchangers, ancillary support equipment, water treatment, controls and BMS for all campus buildings and other assigned work. Specific responsibilities for each individual will be determined by client expectations, Facility Manager, and HVAC capabilities and experience.Job Description

Working Conditions and/or Physical Requirements:
The employee works indoors and outdoors and is exposed to changing conditions. The employee frequently works in hot, cold, wet and/or humid conditions. Occasionally works in high precarious places. Employee must be to stand, walk, reach and use arms to perform tasks as well as push and pull objects and grasp with hands. Frequently required to sit, stoop, crouch, kneel, crawl, balance, climb stairs and work at heights on ladder, hydraulic lifts and/or staging. Employee must be able to frequently lift and/or move 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Employee must possess the necessary physical stamina to perform all required plumbing functions and be able to operate mechanized equipment.
