Responds to patient reassessments and responses to care plan. Practices nursing according to Franciscan Alliance and nursing division's philosophies and standards of care set by state board of nursing, state nurse practice act, and other governing agency regulations. Evaluates one's own nursing practice in relation to professional practice standards and guidelines, relevant statutes, rules, and regulations. Prioritizes and implements the identified plan, coordinates care delivery, employs interventions to improve patient outcomes while providing a safe, respectful, and ethical practice environment.
