WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT Review and take appropriate action to assure lab compliance for, but not limited to titers, exposures, PPD, and hepatitis B vaccines and declinations. Analyze and complete necessary reports to determine trends, including the tracking and analysis of all employee incidents. Maintain and record data into Agility and monitors EHS visits including PPD/Quantiferon, incident report data entry, and case management of injuries, log and track visits and reporting. Maintain documentation and updates to employee health policies and procedures. Coordinate Fitness for Duty evaluations such as FEC, Reasonable Suspicion drug testing, and EAP mandatory drug program. Work closely with Infection Prevention when a communicable disease exposure has occurred, track and treat employees as appropriate and notify manager/HR of compliance. Plan, manage, and monitor the flu vaccine program and similar programs as needed. Monitor return to work status for personal injury or illness, notifying HR and the appropriate manager of the status. Maintain OSHA log for Franciscan Alliance employee injuries/entities and report annually to OSHA. Provide reports to Infection Control, Safety, Quality and FPO committees. Manage employee health workers compensation cases including written/verbal communication/coordination with Franciscan Alliance workers compensation carrier and filing claims within their system. Monitor the RL6 daily for new employee injuries or exposures. Maintain, monitor, and provide charts according to regulatory agencies such as OSHA, Board of Health and HFAP. Process and manage new hire and annual required physicals and other tests for all employees as required by established policy and regulations.
