We now have an exciting opportunity available for a Health & Safety Advisor to join us in our HSEH team in Perth on a full-time basis. The role is part of a remote team of advisors servicing all areas of the business to foster a culture of safety and well-being throughout all levels of the company. The role is a key support service provider to local stakeholders; proactive and pragmatic stakeholder coach, specialist HS advice, Investigation/ assurance lead to ensure delivery of and compliance to the HSEH mandate, management systems and Strategy. Reporting to the National Health & Safety Lead Operations / corporate you will play a key role in Key Responsibilities HSEH specialist advice Assurance, risk assessment and investigation lead Coaching, learning and proactive mindset. Delivering on HSEH mandate, management system and strategic initiatives. Your background Tertiary qualification and/ or 10 years in an HSEH role Audit/ investigation qualifications Demonstrated ability to coach and develop leadership capability.
