C0540 GFL Plant Services LP is Hiring an Account Manager Near Louisiana, LA

GFL Environmental is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth and ensure client satisfaction within our Waste Processing division. This role involves engaging directly with both new and existing clients to promote and sell waste management solutions, manage customer relations, and expand our market presence. Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement and Sales Management: Engage actively with potential and existing clients to assess needs, propose solutions, and secure contracts. Utilize CRM systems to maintain client data and track sales progress. Strategic Market Expansion: Analyze market trends and client feedback to develop strategies that enhance market penetration and customer base expansion. Safety and Compliance Oversight: Ensure all activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies, emphasizing safety and ethical practices. Performance Reporting: Monitor and report on sales targets, customer issues, and market opportunities to inform business strategies. Team Collaboration and Support: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that arise. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field. Over 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the transportation, industrial, environmental or waste management industry. Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer relationship management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software. Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory. We thank you for your interest.
