POSITION: Center Director, C2 Educational Systems, Inc (7847 Old Georgetown Road, 2nd floor, Bethesda MD 20814)
DUTIES: Ensure delivery of C2 programs and initiatives for our families in alignment with our Mission. Work directly with prospective and enrolled families in developing academic and college admissions goals. Create academic plans for students and manage teachers to deliver student outcomes. Oversee student testing and monitoring of all students' academic progress. Conduct conferences with prospective customers to review their child's needs and deliver new enrollments for C2 's programs and services. Conduct conferences with parents and students to review progress, adjust academic plans, and renew enrollments. Develop and maintain relationships with local schools and business communities and actively participate in community events as a C2 representative. Develop and execute local marketing activities, as well as companywide marketing programs. Recruit, hire, manage and provide ongoing development and support to teachers and center staff. Oversee center operations to maximize efficiency and profitability. Meet enrollment targets and operational excellence standards. Achieve monthly revenue targets through strategic lead conversion. Manage class schedules to effectively staff sessions and meet company efficiency and usage targets.
SALARY: $62,192 / year commissions
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in education, business, or closely related field. One year of experience (via work or coursework) related to teaching, tutoring or provision of educational services. Must be able to work Monday-Thursday from 1PM to 9PM, and Saturday from 9AM to 5PM. 10% domestic travel to assigned areas required.
