C2 Graphics Productivity Solutions is Hiring an Account Manager Near Milwaukee, WI

C2 client, a B2B digital marketing agency with passion to help clients get to the next level by taking a digital-first approach, seeks an early career Account Manager who will lead clients to be wildly successful while educating and collaborating with them on iterative marketing decisions. They believe it is the combination of carefully crafted strategy and thoughtfully developed creativity that leads to award-winning work with undeniable results. Ultimately, this individual will be responsible for ensuring clients see period-over-period improvement and that account teams are supported in growing client relationships.

Start date: ASAP

Duration: Direct hire

Location: Remote

Compensation: $50,000 per year.

Skills and Responsibilities:

  • Produce performance reporting using a variety of tools including proprietary assets, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio and PowerPoint.
  • Set up and launch new creative/content within assigned mediums, including marketing automation, as directed by account teams. You'll own the creative/content process from receipt to testing and validation to reporting of results.
  • Ensure media budgets are met within agreed margins and performance improves period over period through constant monitoring of pacing and performing immediate adjustments, as needed, to maintain performance.
  • Produce and deliver insights, experiments and optimization suggestions that lead to client growth and retention.
  • Ensure clients' KPIs are measurable and the account team and client consistently have data to make decisions on an ongoing basis by translating client and account team strategy into a structure of ad platforms, analytics and proprietary tools.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of softwares/platforms including Google Sheets/Excel, Facebook Business Manager/Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, PowerPoint, Google Data Studio, marketing automation: Pardot, Marketo, Mautic, HubSpot, similar; Demand Side Platforms (DSP): DV360, AdRoll, similar; LinkedIn
  • Experienced with retargeting, search, conversion rate optimization, basic SEO, media planning & budgeting,
  • Comfortable with basic HTML and/or WordPress, basic copywriting (social lead-ins), basic graphic skills (resizing)
  • Familiar with data analytics (to include aggregation and interpretation), mathematics, media vocabulary
  • Take ownership of prioritization: time management, follow-through, initiative, dedication, self-disciplined
  • Communication: technical communication skills, i.e.: communicate complex ideas in simple terms; active and respectful listener, gracious and specific when giving and receiving feedback, clear and accurate documentation
