Job Description:
The selected candidate will directly support the Combat Integration and Identification Systems Division (IDS) located in Saint Inigoes, MD (NAWCAD-WOLF), through researching and managing Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) solutions and guidance in support of the U.S. Navy’s Fleet Modernization Program (FMP) for the AN/UPX-29(V) Identification Friend or Foe (IFF) system and standalone IFF systems. By leveraging your logistics expertise, you will assist the division with navigating the complex processes and procedures of the Fleet Modernization Program to successfully accomplish US Navy shipboard installations.
Tasking will include the following:
Required Education, Experience and skills:
Bachelor’s Degree and at least 4 years of related experience OR Associate's Degree and at least 6 years of related experience OR High School Diploma and at least 8 years of related experience
Ability to read and interpret ship installation drawings, field change instructions, and Ship Change Documents
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent documentation management skills and an editor’s eye for details
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Education and Skills
Experience with RMMCO AIT check-in/out processes in accordance with Fleet Modernization Program requirements
Prior experience managing ILS Configuration processes in accordance with TS9090.310H
Knowledge and experience with ISO 9000 standards
