The Solutions Architect is responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise in an assigned technology domain. They will work closely with the stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize complex technology solutions, ensuring successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of their technology specialization, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

What You'll Do

• Review and implement Microsoft 365 Azure, and 3^rd party cloud solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and C3 technical standards that meet customer needs and expectations.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for the assigned technology domain, providing technical guidance and leadership to the Project Engineering team and other stakeholders.
• Design, implement, and optimize complex technology solutions in the assigned domain, ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with the Project Engineering Manager and PMO Manager, and other stakeholders to align project priorities, discuss challenges, and share best practices.
• Provide technical expertise and support to cross-functional teams, including Project Managers and junior technical resources, ensuring seamless project execution.
• Contribute to the development of project scope and objectives, providing input on technical feasibility, resource requirements, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the assigned technology domain, ensuring minimal disruption to project delivery, and maintaining client satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices in the assigned domain, sharing insights with the Project Engineering team.
• Support the continuous improvement of technical project management processes and methodologies, working with the Project Engineering Manager and PMO Manager.
• Mentor and guide Senior Solutions Engineers and other team members, fostering their professional growth and technical expertise in the assigned domain.
• Track, manage and document project deliverables, time entries, and successful completion of project tasks within agreed-upon timeframes.
• Be an advocate for the customer, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet client needs and expectations.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
• At least 10 years of experience in IT systems engineering, with a focus on designing and implementing complex Microsoft technology solutions.
• At least 5 years of experience in customer-facing IT project delivery.
• Proven experience in technical leadership, mentoring, and serving as a subject matter expert.
• One or more of the following certifications
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
  • Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert
