Job Description
Entry Level Project Coordinator
Fargo, ND
Contract: 3 Months
Objectives:
- Oversee and assist with project coordination requests for Aldevron audit responses.
- Project coordinate deadlines and progress across departments to ensure action items are delivered on time by providing prep materials, facilitate agenda and document meeting notes to resolve ongoing topics.
- Effectively communicate expectations and goals of request to internal associates and work productively and collaboratively with cross functional teams.
Essential Requirements of the Job Include:
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in an administrative setting or project coordination experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft suite programs (including Excel).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
