**About the Role:**

CaaStle is adding a new Exchange Manager to our growing Merchandising Yield team. The Exchange allows entities (new and existing) to expose inventory across site(s) on the CaaStle platform to monetize their inventory. Th e Yield Teams main objective is to align supply with demand and to optimize the earnings generated on inventory across the platform. This role helps establish and build the frameworks, processes and tools to support Yield initiatives and execute against them.

**What you'll do:**

* Contribute to strategy development of CaaStle Exchange Services

* Understand consumer segments and their clothing preferences to ensure were securing the best clothing for the ecosystem

* Build inventory models to support emerging businesses and needs

* Identify clothing against those needs and secure appropriate quantities by working through the sourcing teams

* Partner with the Data Science and Analytics teams to develop reporting and build insights around growing the member and/or supply bases

* Partner with Product Management to develop the necessary system functionality, data flow, reporting and metrics to support CaaStle Exchange Services

* Establish processes, working cross functionally to map and vet the end-to-end activities and determine BAU

* Build documents and tools to support daily functions and analysis as needed

* Formalize processes and drive standardization and efficiency

**We'd love for you to have:**

* Three plus years of experience working in finance, consulting or ecomm marketplace

* Interest in the intersection of technology and fashion

* High level of comfort in an individual contributor role

* Experience with reporting and/or product management systems. General understanding of data flow and downstream impact.

* Experience with modeling and presentation

* Comfort with both the conceptual and tactical

* Data driven approach to decision making

* Highly analytical approach to problem solving

* Strong communication skills with experience working cross functionally

* High comfort level with ambiguity

* Ability to react and evolve in a fast paced and quickly changing environment

* Strong Excel/ Google Sheets skills
