Customer Service position involves answering phone calls daily, solving problems, issue sales orders and taking orders from customers. Follow up with payment and feedback from customers. Assign new orders to our warehouse manager and follow up with warehouse manager with assembly and shipping status. Issue purchase orders and communicate with accountant for payments.

Requires college degree, good with Microsoft words.

If knows how to use Fishbowl inventory system will be a BONUS!!!'
