Position - IBM Guardium Consultant

Location -Portland, OR; Vancouver, WA; Boise, ID

Job Description:

• 8-11 Years Experience Relevant business and systems subject matter expertise - especially in data security, data encryption, and data discovery, and data loss prevention.
• Proven experience supporting data security and/or security projects as a Lead Engineer.
• Demonstrated business process analysis, Work flow, task analysis, user-acceptance testing and requirements analysis knowledge.
• Proven ability to engineer and design solution for IBM Guardium DAM, Guardium VA, and Guardium GDE.
• Experience with administrating IBM Guardium, IBM Guardium Data Encryption or Vormetric, and DLP tool Attention to detail and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to set priorities and handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to build consensus and agreement and bring resolution to contentious issues and entrenched interests. Demonstrated successful use of AGILE and/or Waterfall SDLC methodology Must demonstrate understanding of industry standard Business Analysis Best Practices Excellent knowledge of Office tool set - Word, Excel, Project and Visio.
• Preferred Strong experience with security information and event management (SIEM).
• Able to troubleshoot issues under stress while preserving relationships.
• Experience with Requirements Management tools.
• Experience with healthcare insurance industry, especially top healthcare industry plans.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
