Cabinetworks Group is Hiring a Strategic National Sales Manager - Multifamily Near Marshall, TX

Job DescriptionThe Stragetic National Sales Manager works closely with Sales Management, Account Managers, Customer Service, and Field Operations in identifying and selecting new business opportunities. The National Account Manager role initiates customer contact, makes independent, and joint sales calls and handles key negotiations. In addition, the position will be responsible for interacting with technical, product development, and manufacturing/logistic operations to determine Cabinetworks Group ability to resolve market needs through product and service solutions.
Principal Functional Responsibilities
  • Research, analyze and monitor Multifamily business sales trends, sales history, and make recommendations for increased sales.
  • Refer and discuss sales efforts between the Direct and Distribution teams to increase Multifamily revenue and market share while avoiding channel conflict.
  • Responsible for cultivating and maintaining business relationships with developers, architects, designers, and general contractors to support departmental goals and objectives.
  • Review pipeline to seek out and target new customers and sales opportunities, and initiate action plans and strategies to secure new business.
  • Develops structured sales activities and governance process to ensure sales plans are executed.
  • Collaborates with management team to identify new product and service opportunities
  • Remains abreast of competitive activities, products and position.
  • Conducts thorough market and industry analyses and prepares comprehensive sales plans for new customers as well as existing customers
  • Acts as liaison between Cabinetworks Group and customers to facilitate and enhance working relationships to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Weekly and monthly reporting requirements to monitor progress and/or obstacles to the VP of Sales- Multifamily.
  • All opportunities will be recorded and documented in Sales Force.
  • Performs special assignments or duties as delegated or assigned.
Essential Qualifications And Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales or related field.
  • 2 years sales management experience.
  • 5 years outside sales and project management experience in the multifamily and commercial Industry.
  • Proficient computer skills required including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated successful ability to build positive partnerships and work collaboratively with department, cross-functional business teams, and customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with external customers.
  • Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and decision making skills.
  • Demonstrated successful ability to prioritize and multi-task various and conflicting responsibilities.
  • Ability to travel up to 75%.
Preferred Qualifications And Skills
  • MBA.
  • Sales experience in the cabinet industry.
