Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrator at our location in Little Rock, AR. The Office Administrator will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including but not limited to managing office equipment, assisting with new hires, handing daily production reports from crews, invoicing, calling in locates and general office administration tasks.

Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills
  • Experience in managing office equipment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g. Microsoft Office)
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus
  • Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
