More About the Role: * You will bring an understanding of networking fundamentals * You will have experience with sponsor enterprise network operations and policies in Windows and Linux * You will have strong customer service and technical writing skills * You will have the ability to work independently * You will demonstrated written and verbal communications skills * You will experience performing assessments, developing or improving configuration management processes and procedures, and implementing these processes and procedures * You will have the ability to work creatively and analytically in a fast-paced environment You'll Bring These Qualifications: * Must have an active TS/SCI with Poly * Experience with Tier 1/Tier 2 support in a technical and operational environment * Understanding of network fundamentals * Experience with sponsor's enterprise network operations and policies * Familiarity with ServiceNow * Familiarity with JIRA * Excellent problem-solving skills, demonstrated experience getting to root causes for IT issues * Experience with Linux Systems Administration * Experience with Windows Systems Administration * Ability to work independently or under only general direction * Strong written and oral communications skills, with demonstrated competency in documentation * Experience performing assessments, developing, improving, and implementing configuration management processes and procedures * Ability to work creatively and analytically in a fast-paced environment.
