The Opportunity:

CACI is looking for entry-level JEFSS (Justice Enterprise File Sharing System) help desk staff to support our client’s file sharing and computing environment and provide ad hoc IT support to users. In this role, you will provide telephone and on-site support to internal and external end users who will require access to JEFSS. Each day is always a bit different, with the opportunity to learn all aspects of ALS (automated litigation support) and eDiscovery. Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring the ATR JEFSS Support inbox, which typically receives between 10 and 20 requests per day and will include replies, follow-ups, and non-request emails, the inbox generally gets 50-75 messages per day.
  • Creating folders, setting folder permissions, and sending collaboration invites based on JEFSS requests.
  • Replying to legal staff’s questions (typically “what’s the process to do [x]?”) and requests (typically “please send an invite to this user”)
  • Creating internal JEFSS users and updating users’ group assignments as needed.
  • Ensuring that each JEFSS request has the correct paperwork, and that it’s filled out properly (this is mainly the JEFSS access form itself, along with some extra forms for experts/consultants).
  • Troubleshooting access issues for both external and internal users.
  • Tracking requests and invites in Confluence.
  • Improving JEFSS documentation.
  • Provides telephone help desk and on-site support to end users.
  • Applications supported include major eDiscovery solutions such as Relativity along with standard office related software.
  • Performs help desk functions, such as answering and responding to user phone calls.

Qualifications:
Required: 

  • Experience providing direct end-user support for the applications being supported, including both telephone support and on-site assistance to users.
  • Must have hands-on familiarity with the network, telecommunications, and operating systems environment of the applications being supported.
  • Should be an expert user of the Government's word processing, spreadsheet, and email systems.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills required.
  • Pleasant telephone manner important.

Desired:

  • Prior helpdesk or user support experience involving computer applications, preferably database, imaging, or other automated litigation support applications strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience in automated litigation support preferred.
  • Experience with DOJ office automation environments extremely helpful.
  • Experience using Confluence or other collaborative documentation tools.
  • Undergraduate degree valued.

Pay Range:

This posting is for a position covered by the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCA). The pay and benefits provided for this position will meet or exceed the minimum required amounts detailed in the wage determination issued by the Department of Labor and made applicable to this position, as incorporated into CACI’s government contract for the work location. 

Minimum Required Hourly Wage:

$28.19
