Under the direction of the Production Manager/Supervisor, the Filler / Operator will be responsible for loading, maintaining, and operating production machinery. In addition, the Filler / Operator will be responsible for Food Safety and practicing and enforcing all GMPs and appropriate food defense techniques.
Required SkillsWilling and able to work flexible shifts and hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays
Ability to demonstrate and practice safe work habits
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Ability to exhibit sense of ownership and accountability
Ability to lift up to 75lbs
Ability to work in cold environments
Ability to stand for up to 12 hours
General mathematical ability
Ability to push and pull up to 2,500lbs
General knowledge of power tools
