## Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at a bustling restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, excellent bartending skills, and a flair for customer service. ## Duties - Prepare and serve drinks to patrons following standard recipes - Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations - Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system efficiently - Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to food safety standards - Monitor alcohol intake and ensure responsible serving practices - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate drink orders with food service - Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor at all times ## Qualifications - Previous experience in bartending, preferably in a fine dining or restaurant setting - Proficiency in mixing cocktails and knowledge of various drink recipes - Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems - Understanding of food safety guidelines and proper food handling techniques - Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
