POSITION OVERVIEW

Reporting to the Director of Retail, this Store Manager position is the key to success at our newest Caddis retail door at Westfield Century City. The core of the role will be owning all things related to customer satisfaction and operations at the Century City store. The Store Manager will act as the leader of the store and its operations, the champion for the customer, and an ambassador of the brand. The Store Manager will take an active role in creating the Caddis in-store experience through merchandising, display, customer guidance, sales activation, and mall relations. This role will be hands-on, as well as be the advocate for the store inside Caddis influencing and coordinating with various functions to support store operations.

About the Role:

● Be the face and primary ambassador of Caddis at Century City.

● Creates a compelling store experience by engaging customers, resolving customer concerns, and modeling the way as a visible service leader.

● Develops and manages all store processes from ordering product, receiving shipments, stocking and merchandising floor, managing offsite stock storage room, opening & closing, and in-store customer journey.

● Responsible for placing and receiving regular refill orders and monthly/quarterly physical inventory counts.

● Onboard, manage, and provide consistent coaching on customer connection and process excellence, in order to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction while driving customer conversion.

● Plan and manage daily/weekly/monthly employee scheduling, including arranging or providing coverage as needed.

● Efficient handling of all transactions, including POS, online ordering assistance, and merchandise operations such as shipment processing, floor set, pricing, and replenishment systems.

● Act as primary liaison with Westfield Century City mall management as periodically needed.

● Collaborate with Caddis team on building connections with the local community by way of events and seeking opportunities to drive brand awareness and engagement.

About You:

● Retail experience in fashion, apparel, or accessories, ideally with both boutique and brand store experience. Optical experience a plus.

● Enjoys high customer interaction, at times for extended periods. Brings energy, patience, and knowledge to work everyday.

● Comfortable with “styling” customers, making merchandise suggestions and providing feedback.

● Understands and embraces core Caddis demographic, ideally has personal experience with product type.

● Proven skills in managing, coaching and training small team.

● Strength in customer service and selling with an ability to multi-task and remain flexible in an ever-changing environment

● Enjoys building and connecting with customers to drive brand affinity.

● Autonomous problem-solver, strong leadership and decision-making skills

● Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store, including evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts

● Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, and constant standing, walking, squatting, kneeling, bending, carrying items, and reaching overhead. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential job functions.
