The Resident Services Coordinator supports the Resident Service Director (Director of Nursing) by assisting in managing and effectively assuring that systems are in place to provide quality assisted living services in all areas of resident care. What will you do as a Resident Services Care Coordinator?

• Providing care and assessing/reassessing residents.
• Communication with physicians.
• Scheduling and preparing daily work schedules for caregivers
• Auditing for regulatory compliance

If you have these qualifications, we'd love to chat:

• Positive team player attitude and love working with people!
• One year of relevant experience.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Current caregiver training/certification as specified by a state agency or the ability to obtain
• Current Medication Tech Certificate (per state requirements)
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain
• Previous experience working in Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC), or Senior Living experience is a plus!
