Cadence Solutions is Hiring a Growth Operations Manager Near New York, NY

The Cadence Solutions team seeks a Growth Operations Manager to join our Growth Operations. As a Growth Operations Manager at Cadence, you will play a crucial role in optimizing operations and driving growth. Your primary focus will be on supporting the order pending team, ensuring accuracy in EMR integrations and provider data management, and overseeing EMR access and provisioning support. Additionally, you will partner closely with the Product team to automate manual processes, enhancing efficiency and scalability across the organization.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Support for Order Pending Team:

  • Oversee and support the order pending team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of patient orders.
  • Develop and implement processes to streamline the order management workflow.
  • Monitor order processing metrics and identify areas for improvement to enhance team performance.

EMR Integration and Access Management:

  • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of EMR integrations across various healthcare providers and systems.
  • Manage EMR access and provisioning, ensuring that all users have the appropriate access levels and that security protocols are followed.
  • Work with the technical team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to EMR data flow, integration, and access.

Provider Data Accuracy:

  • Oversee the management of provider data, ensuring that all information is up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with healthcare regulations.
  • Implement data validation and quality assurance processes to maintain the integrity of provider data.
  • Coordinate with the IT and compliance teams to ensure that provider data is securely managed and accessible.

Automation of Manual Processes:

  • Partner with the Product team to identify manual processes within operations that can be automated.
  • Collaborate on the design and implementation of automation solutions to improve efficiency and reduce operational overhead.
  • Monitor the impact of automation initiatives and make data-driven adjustments to optimize outcomes.

Operational Efficiency and Simplification:

  • Identify opportunities to optimize operational processes related to order management, EMR integrations, and provider data.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
  • Lead initiatives to improve the accuracy and speed of order processing and data management.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and Growth, to align operational efforts with overall business goals.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on operational performance and progress on key initiatives.
  • Support training and development programs for the order pending team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure that all operations comply with healthcare regulations and industry standards, particularly in relation to EMR integrations, access management, and provider data.
  • Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure that all operations meet the required standards.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the health tech or healthcare industry.
  • Experience in managing EMR integrations, healthcare provider data, EMR access, and process automation.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in using operational tools and software (e.g., CRM, EMR systems, project management tools).
  • Proven track record executing and simplifying complex processes.
  • Ability to work remotely and manage a distributed team effectively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with data analysis and process optimization.
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance and quality assurance practices.
  • Familiarity with telehealth, RPM technologies, and digital health platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
