Job Summary :
We are seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee our dining establishment's daily operations. The Food and Beverage Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring quality customer service, managing staff, monitoring inventory, and maintaining overall efficiency in the restaurant or food service environment.
Responsibilities :
1. Manage and train staff on food preparation, customer service, and health and safety procedures.
2. Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures.
3. Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain appropriate stock levels.
5. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
6. Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving overall restaurant performance.
7. Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
Qualifications :
1. Proven experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry.
2. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
3. Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
4. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
