Duties:
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and agreements
- Assist in case preparation and management
- Represent clients in court proceedings
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases
- Provide legal advice to clients on a wide range of matters

Skills:
- Proficient in legal drafting and research
- Strong negotiation skills
- Familiarity with personal injury law, family law, securities law, estate planning, immigration law, and litigation
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities

Pay: $77,938.62 - $120,861.55 per year
