## Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative / General Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets.

**Duties:**

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media

- Present and demonstrate products to prospective clients

- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets

- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve better results

- Maintain strong customer relationships for future sales growth

**Skills:**

- Proven experience in outside sales to OEM customers

- Experience with Power Transmission Components

- Strong business development and customer service skills

- Ability to negotiate and close sales effectively

- Familiarity with technical sales and market trends

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in using sales tools like Salesforce or similar CRM systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
