Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in punch list work or similar construction roles.
• Computer Skills: Basic proficiency for submitting electronic documentation.
• Work Ethic: Strong reliability and dependability.
• Independence: Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Physical Requirements: Capable of walking, lifting weights of 50 pounds or more, standing, balancing, climbing stairs and ladders.
• Indoor and Outdoor Work: Must be able to work in various weather conditions including heat, cold, wind, and rain.
• PPE: Required to wear personal protective equipment such as hard hats, safety glasses/goggles, safety vests, gloves, and safety-toe boots.
• General Tasks: Perform a range of services including repairs, carpentry, finish trim, hardware installation, accessory installation, cleanup, drywall repair/replacement, spackling, texture matching, painting, straightening and organizing, material removal, filling nail holes, grout or caulk repair, wiping down, and vacuuming.
• Job Orders: Interpret and follow job orders as required.
• Task Execution: Complete tasks assigned by the project manager within the designated timeframe and budget.
• Client Interaction: Respond promptly and courteously to client requests for punch list work, troubleshoot issues, and perform repairs to the established quality and time standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other departments, clients, subcontractors, and other trades.
• Communication: Keep project managers informed to ensure their needs are met.
• Preparedness: Arrive at job sites with necessary materials and tool
• Jobsite Housekeeping: Ensure job sites are clean and orderly at the end of the day.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of completed work.
• Licensing: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportations.
• Screening: Candidates will undergo a pre-employment drug screening and may be subject to a background check.
