Cadre Hospice is Hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner Near Chicago, IL

Cadre Hospice seeks to expand access to the hospice benefit, especially among underserved populations. In addition to traditional go-to-market channels, Cadre plans to partner with at-risk medical groups to integrate upstream and offer a comprehensive palliative care program to patients nearing end of life. Cadre combines a unique pre-hospice care model, proprietary patient identification algorithm, partnership mindset with provider groups and best-in-class hospice operations to offer the most comprehensive end-of-life care solutions to patients.
Reporting to the VP, People, the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Cadre Hospice is responsible for overseeing the organization's talent acquisition strategy for care team roles. This role balances strategic planning with day-to-day operational recruitment activities, ensuring alignment with Cadre Hospice's evolving needs and market conditions. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will enhance the employer brand, cultivate diverse talent pipelines, and optimize candidate experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across care team and support team roles.
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies for recruiting top talent, particularly for care team roles.
  • Administer the ATS, analyze metrics, and provide regular reporting.
  • Conduct regular review meetings with stakeholders to discuss ongoing searches and improve hiring outcomes.
  • Update job descriptions and advise on compensation strategies in line with organizational requirements.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to refine competency models and behavioral interview practices.
  • Cultivate Cadre Hospice's employer brand through community engagement and partnerships with educational institutions and organizations.
  • Design and deliver training on recruitment best practices for hiring managers and interview teams.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years' progressive experience in talent acquisition, with expertise in full-cycle recruiting and people management.
  • Background in healthcare recruitment, ideally within hospice and palliative care settings.
  • Proven success in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies, particularly in dynamic, startup environments.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for adapting messages to diverse audiences.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse), recruitment marketing platforms, and HR technologies.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook calendar functions.
  • Thorough understanding of current employment laws and regulations, including FLSA and EEO guidelines.
  • Commitment to Cadre Hospice's mission and values, with a passion for delivering compassionate patient care.
