Primary responsibilities

• In-depth understanding of Windows operating systems, including installation, upgrade, driver management, configuration, virtualization, custom shell development, and OS imaging.
• Ability to script and automate tasks using Windows PowerShell.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving both server-side and client-side issues.
• Knowledge of basic networking concepts, such as DHCP and DNS, and troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience authoring documentation for end-users and/or field engineers.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant experience

• Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) and Task Sequence (TS).
• Experience working with virtualized Windows environments.
• Experience installing and upgrading Microsoft SQL server software.

• Corporate office/lab environment
