As a full time or part time Customer Experience Representative, you will be an integral part of our team. You will be the face of CADY’s customer support to our schools, students, parents, and studios across multiple states. If you have the willingness to exceed the customer’s expectations, a positive attitude, and love a fast-paced environment, then this is the job for you!
Responsibilities
• Responds to customer inquiries by phone, email, or chat to provide problem resolution.
• Resolves routine and basic problems and communicates solutions or requested information to the customer.
• Analyzes customer’s service needs and refers to other service or technical departments for follow up as needed.
• Uses a customer relationship application or database to record activities and research product information.
• Educates customers on product and service options and upsells customers to boost average order value in assignment with company KPIs and revenue goals.
• Enters customer orders and processes payments.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
• Typically requires 1-2 years customer service experience.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or a combination of work and education.
• Able to work as a team player and independently.
• Attention to detail, strong active listening, oral, and written communication skills.
• Bilingual is a plus!
• Proficient knowledge in Windows, Internet Explorer, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to commute to our office in Alpharetta, GA. (By Avalon)
• Flexible availability Monday-Saturday any hours between 8:30am- 8:30pm.
